Yes, but you must obtain permission. But because most leased or rented vehicles have a factory paint it can be removed easier with less chance of paint peel.

How difficult is it to remove a vehicle wrap?

In general, all vinyls tend to be harder to remove the longer they remain on the vehicle. Some are more easily to remove than others depending on quality. Heat and special chemicals can assist in the removal of the wrap.
